The N.C. Transportation Museum annual Scouts BSA Rail Camp will be held October 18-20, 2024. Scouts will enjoy a weekend of overnight camping, adventure, fellowship, and learning. Activities include a train ride, banner contest, flag ceremonies, scavenger hunt, talent show, and workshops to help them earn their Railroading Merit Badge. Scouts will learn how to identify different types of railcars, how diesel-electric locomotives work, the importance of railroad signals, everything needed to cover the badge.

This is an excellent opportunity for scouts to interact with other troops, network and make friendships. Don’t miss out on the fun!
